Welcome to The B Code! Over the past several episodes, we’ve explored what it means to live as a Bold, Independent, Tenacious, Confident, and Honest woman. But today, we’re talking about one of the most freeing truths you can hold onto during life’s hardest seasons: everything passes.
In this episode, I share a simple moment that became a profound reminder while watching flowers gently sway in the breeze. Just as the wind comes and goes, so do our thoughts, emotions, struggles, and seasons of life. Yet so often we convince ourselves that our pain is permanent. I also reflect on my own journey through anxiety, health challenges, panic attacks, and self-abandonment, and how those seasons—although they felt endless at the time—eventually passed. What remained wasn't the pain, but the wisdom, resilience, and strength I gained along the way. This episode is an invitation to stop building a home inside temporary emotions and instead trust yourself through every season of life.
In this episode, you will learn:
- Why Everything Passes: How thoughts, emotions, circumstances, and even difficult seasons are temporary—and why remembering this brings greater peace and resilience.
- How The B Code Helps You Move Through Life's Storms: How Boldness, Independence, Tenacity, Confidence, and Honesty give you the tools to navigate uncertainty without allowing it to define you.
- The Difference Between Experiencing an Emotion and Becoming It: Why your feelings are valid but are never your identity, and how separating yourself from your emotions creates freedom.
- Flip the Switch During Difficult Seasons: How to replace fear-based thoughts with empowering perspectives that help you move from survival into growth and healing.
- How to Trust Yourself Through Change: Why peace doesn't come from controlling life—it comes from trusting that every season, no matter how painful, is preparing you for what's next.
This episode is brought to you by my upcoming book, How to Become a B.I.T.C.H. and Live Happily Ever After. This book is my heart and my story, and while it comes out later this year, you don't have to wait to start your transformation.

Welcome back to the B Code by Tiffany. I'm Tiffany. I'm a wife, mother, author, female empowerment and mindset coach, a speaker, and someone who truly believes with every fiber of my being that you deserve to live a life that you desire, not just one that you settle for. And today I want to talk about a lesson that has actually brought me more peace than almost everything else that I've learned along my journey. And the lesson is very simple everything passes. I was recently taking a walk and I noticed these beautiful flowers on my walk that were gently swaying in the breeze. It was nothing dramatic, nothing profound at first glance, just flowers moving with the wind. But as soon as I stood there for a while watching them, I found myself thinking about life. The breeze comes, the flowers bend, the breeze leaves, the flowers remain. And it struck me that life is very much the same way. We spend so much of our lives believing that what we're experiencing right now is permanent. We think the sadness will last forever. We think the anxiety will never leave. We think the heartbreak will always hurt this much. And we even think that the difficult chapter we're in is somehow the whole book. But it isn't. Everything passes. And when you truly understand that, you stop fighting life quite so hard. In this book, I reclaim Bitch as an acronym. It's not about attitude, it's about freedom. And inside, I take you deeper into each of these five pillars, expanding them into a full journey back to yourself. This book is my heart, my story, and the framework that has helped countless women transform their lives. It comes out this year, but you don't have to wait. I created a free B Code Starter Guide just for you. Five pillars, five practices, one powerful shift so that you can start stepping into your bold, independent, tenacious, confident, and honest self. Which just happens to be the best version of you. It's yours at blossomlifeco.com slash B code starter guide. Download it today and start living your B Code. One of the greatest sources of suffering is our tendency to attach ourselves to temporary things. A thought enters our mind and suddenly we believe it. An emotion shows up and suddenly we become it. A difficult season arrives, and we convince ourselves that that's our new reality. But if you've lived long enough, you've already proven that that's not true. Think about all the emotions that you've experienced throughout your life. The excitement, grief, joy, fear, uncertainty, confidence, heartbreak, hope. Not a single one stayed forever. Am I correct? Every emotion eventually moved through you. The problem isn't that we have thoughts and emotions. The problem is that we often build homes inside of them. Oh, and we pitch a tent in our fear. I know I do. We unpack our bags and our disappointment. We decorate our anxiety and we convince ourselves that we're going to live there forever. But emotions were never meant to be permanent residences. They're just visitors. And some stay longer than others, but eventually they all leave. Even beliefs pass. Think about how many things you believed 10 years ago that you no longer believe today. Because you've evolved and you've learned and you've grown. The woman that you are today is different from the woman you were five years, ten years, and maybe even six months ago. Nothing remains the same. Life is movement and life is change. And honestly, that's actually one of the greatest gifts that life gives us. If you've ever listened to my podcast for any length of time, you know that I've had seasons that I felt like life was throwing one thing after another at me. There were moments when I genuinely believed the pain I was feeling would never end. Moments when I couldn't see the lesson or the blessing. Moments when I couldn't see anything except the struggle standing right in front of me. And I've shared before that after years of stress, health scares, self-abandonment, and carrying burdens that I should have put down long before I did, my body finally said, enough. I experienced a full-blown panic attack, along with heart palpitations and high blood pressure, and to end it all, frozen shoulders, yes, for two years. And when you're in a moment like that, or a season, I should say, it does feel endless because it feels so all-consuming and permanent. But it wasn't. It too passed, just like every difficult season before it, and just like every heartbreak or disappointment, like every betrayal that I've had in the past, or every fear that I've ever carried. And now when I look back, I realize something. The pain didn't stay, but the wisdom did. The struggle passed, but the strength remained. And the storm moved on. But I also became stronger because I lived through it. And that's what happens when we stop resisting every difficult moment and we start trusting that life is always moving. I want to connect this back to the B code because this lesson lives inside every one of the five pillars and inside every one of us. Being bold means having the courage to keep moving forward, even when you're scared, and trusting that fear is temporary. Being independent means not allowing your happiness or your worth or your identity to become dependent on a circumstance or a relationship or a season that was never meant to define you. Being tenacious means understanding that difficult chapters are not stop signs. They are simply part of the journey. And if you keep going, they will pass. Being confident means not believing every negative thought that enters your mind. It means knowing that your thoughts and emotions are experiences, not your identity. And being honest means acknowledging what you're feeling without having it consume you. It's saying, yes, I'm hurting. Yes, this is hard, but no, this is not forever. When you live by the B code, you stop attaching yourself to temporary storms. You learn to trust yourself through them and you stop saying, this is happening to me, and you start saying, this is moving through me and happening for me. And that shift right there changes everything. Because a woman who understands that everything passes becomes much harder to break and much easier to heal. The next time that you're feeling overwhelmed or anxious or hurt or afraid, I want you to pause and I want you to take a deep breath and put your hand on your heart and simply ask yourself, what am I feeling right now? Not what happened and not who caused it, not what you're worried about next week, just what you're feeling in the moment. And then name it. Is it sadness? Is it fear? Maybe it's disappointment or loneliness. And once you've named it, I want you to say these words. I am experiencing this feeling. I am not this feeling. And then remind yourself that this will pass. Not because you're denying it, not because you're minimizing it, but because you're telling yourself the truth. Everything passes. Now we're going to flip the switch. So instead of saying, I'm always going to feel this way, I want you to flip it to, I'm moving through something difficult right now. Instead of saying, my life is falling apart, I want you to flip it to my life is asking me to grow. Instead of I can't handle this, flip it to, I've survived every difficult season that I've ever faced. Another one, instead of saying I'm stuck, I want you to flip it to I'm in transition. Because all of these perspectives create very different futures. One keeps you trapped and the other keeps you moving. And movement is where healing happens. So you're bigger than your fear, you're bigger than your anxiety, you are bigger and better than your heartbreak, and you're bigger than your circumstances. And most importantly, you are not defined by the chapter that you're currently living in today. Life has seasons, some are beautiful, some are painful, some are definitely confusing, but they all pass. And the key is not to become so attached to a season that you forget another one is coming. Trust that better days are ahead. Trust that healing is happening even when you can't see it. And trust that growth is occurring beneath the surface. And most importantly, trust yourself enough to know that whatever comes your way, that you have already proven that you can survive it. Here are some key takeaways from today's episode. The flowers reminded me of something that day. The wind didn't ask permission before it arrived, and it didn't ask permission before it left. And life works much the very same way. Thoughts pass, emotions pass, beliefs change, seasons change, and people change and circumstances. The only thing we truly need to learn is how to stop grippling so tightly to what was never meant to stay. Because when you do that, life becomes lighter. You become lighter and you begin to understand that peace isn't found in controlling every person or every situation or circumstance. Peace is found in trusting that every season eventually passes. Thank you so much for spending time with me today. If this episode spoke to you, share it with someone who may maybe need the reminder that whatever they're carrying right now won't last forever. Next time you see flowers dancing in the breeze, I hope that you'll remember this conversation. Bend when you need to and rest when you need to. Feel what you need to feel, but never forget who you are. Because the storm is not you. The season is not you. The emotion is not you. You are the woman walking through it. And that's the B code. Until next time, go live the life that you deserve and desire. So I hope you tune in and join me every other week to get your dose of truth, empowerment, and perhaps a gentle nudge to become the woman you were always meant to be.
